Haley Collins, MSPAS, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Haley Collins, MSPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant dedicated to helping patients restore their health through compassionate, personalized care. She believes every patient deserves to be heard, understood, and treated as a whole person—not simply a diagnosis.
Originally from Lufkin, Texas, Haley earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Stephen F. Austin State University before completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Her commitment to medicine was inspired at a young age after watching her mother courageously battle breast cancer. That experience shaped her passion for serving others with empathy, hope, and a commitment to improving lives.
Haley has a special interest in regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, and pain management. She enjoys helping patients identify the underlying causes of their health concerns while creating personalized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving long-term wellness. Her goal is to empower patients with the education and support they need to make informed decisions and achieve lasting results.
At Quality of Life Medical Center, Haley works alongside an integrated team to provide comprehensive care that combines medical expertise with conservative treatment options. She believes the best outcomes come from understanding each patient’s unique story, goals, and lifestyle before recommending a treatment plan. Whether a patient is seeking relief from chronic pain, looking to improve their overall health, or exploring regenerative therapies, Haley strives to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to their individual needs.
Outside the clinic, Haley enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Joseph, and their two dogs, Luna and Daisy. Together they enjoy traveling, attending soccer and NBA games, comedy shows, and concerts while making lasting memories with family and friends.
Haley is honored to serve the Magnolia community and looks forward to building meaningful relationships with her patients as they work together toward better health, greater function, and an improved quality of life.
Dr. Jamie Marshall, D.C.
Founder | Chiropractor
Dr. Jamie Marshall is the founder of Quality of Life Medical Center and has been helping patients restore their health naturally since 2009. Her passion is finding the root cause of pain and dysfunction so patients can enjoy lasting results—not just temporary relief.
Born and raised in Plano, Texas, Dr. Marshall earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports & Exercise Science from West Texas A&M University, where she graduated with honors while playing NCAA Division II soccer on scholarship as a four-year starting goalkeeper. She later earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, before returning home to Texas to begin serving patients.
In 2012, Dr. Marshall and her husband, Aaron, founded Quality of Life Chiropractic in Magnolia. As healthcare continued to evolve, they expanded the practice in 2022 to become Quality of Life Medical Center—an integrated clinic that combines chiropractic, regenerative medicine, rehabilitation, and medical care to provide patients with comprehensive, conservative treatment options under one roof.
Dr. Marshall’s passion for chiropractic began at just three years old when chiropractic care helped resolve chronic ear infections and sinus problems after repeated rounds of antibiotics. As a student-athlete, chiropractic care again transformed her life by improving her focus, sleep, and athletic performance following sports-related injuries. Those experiences inspired her lifelong mission to help others achieve a better quality of life through natural healthcare.
Today, Dr. Marshall is dedicated to educating patients, empowering families, and helping people return to the activities they love. She believes true healthcare is about treating the whole person—not simply masking symptoms.
Outside the office, Jamie and Aaron have been married since 2011 and are proud parents to their son, JJ. Together they enjoy traveling, golfing, cheering on their favorite sports teams, and serving the Magnolia community they are proud to call home.
Amy Lesher, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Amy Lesher is a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping patients move better, feel better, and heal naturally. She believes massage therapy is much more than relaxation—it is an important part of restoring function, reducing pain, and supporting the body’s ability to recover.
Amy graduated from The Woodlands School of Massage Therapy in 2021 and has spent the past several years specializing in medical massage. She works closely with patients experiencing muscle tension, chronic pain, injuries, headaches, postural imbalances, and mobility restrictions. By combining therapeutic techniques with individualized care, Amy helps patients improve movement while complementing their overall treatment plan.
She has also expanded her expertise by incorporating CranioSacral Therapy into her practice. This gentle, light-touch technique is designed to support the body’s natural healing processes, helping patients experience reduced tension, improved relaxation, and better nervous system function. Many patients appreciate how calming yet effective this approach can be as part of a comprehensive wellness plan.
One of Amy’s favorite compliments from patients is that she has “magic hands.” While she smiles every time she hears it, she knows the true reward comes from seeing patients regain comfort, improve their quality of life, and return to the activities they love.
As an integrated member of the Quality of Life Medical Center team, Amy works alongside our providers to ensure massage therapy is not simply a standalone service but an important part of each patient’s personalized treatment plan. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to improve how your body functions, Amy is committed to helping you feel your very best.
Outside the clinic, Amy enjoys continuing her education and learning new techniques that allow her to better serve her patients. She looks forward to being part of your journey toward better health, greater mobility, and a higher quality of life.
